What inspired my creative journey

My creative journey has been one wild ride. Picture this: I'm scrolling endlessly through the internet, taking in content after content, and then it hits me one day—hold on a second, how do they do that? How was that made? How did they even put that there? It reminded me of the deeper questions I had as a kid, after spending the whole day binge-watching Cartoon Network. A moment of silence for Cartoon Network, by the way, since they just closed down.

Growing up, my dad has been an artist for as long as I can remember, and he really shaped my view of art. He’d take time with every single letter in his handwriting, and he’s the one who taught me how to sketch letters. His influence is a big part of why I’m so into design today. It’s funny how these little moments stack up, from my dad's sketches to binge-watching cartoons, to now figuring out how to create my own thing.

Fast forward to the person I am now. After all those years of absorbing inspiration, I decided to take a big leap. I dropped out of campus and switched to self-learning design. It wasn’t an easy decision, but something inside me knew that the traditional path wasn’t for me.

I started diving deep into online resources, tutorials, and communities, teaching myself everything I could about design. It’s crazy how much you can learn when you’re genuinely passionate about something. Every day felt like a new challenge, but also a new opportunity to push myself and figure out what I was truly capable of.

Now, looking back, I’m proud of that choice. I’ve built my own path, on my own terms. It hasn’t always been smooth, but every mistake has taught me something. And now, I’m creating, designing, and living the life I once only imagined.
